Fursuit heads

All my fursuit heads are hand built on an upholstery foam base, or can be built off of a cast using 2 part expanding polyurethane ‘open cell’ foam! (Basically a make your own upholstery foam, it’s the same stuff, just fancy!). Eva foam is also used for the ears to keep them upright in the long run. I use high quality faux furs in various colours and lengths to create the rest of the head along with a variety of other synthetic fabrics. Our eye blanks are 3D printed in house using PLA filament, and the eye mesh is a cross stitch mesh that we seal using automotive grade clear sealing spray, meaning our heads are in most cases, 100% waterproof!
